The versatile musician Dani Bošnjak is one of the most sought-after Croatian flautists. As a soloist, member of various chamber ensembles and a long-time member of the Zagreb Philharmonic, he has performed from the Musikverein in Vienna, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam to the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto and Suntory Hall in Tokyo. He began studying the flute at the age of seven with Vladimir Kondres, in whose class he later graduated and received his master's degree at the Zagreb Academy of Music. His rich repertoire ranges from early music performed on historical instruments to compositions by contemporary composers, including jazz improvisations.
